Why Hill Pointe?
The name Hill Pointe Luxury Townhomes, derives from the fact that this location directly borders Three different neighborhoods, East Hills, Midtown, and Heritage Hill. While we are located in East Hills technically, we felt a nod to all our neighbors was necessary. The other aspect of the name, pertains to the triangle shape of the lot, with the point of the triangle pointing at the Hill that leads directly into Downtown Grand Rapids.
